First visit...What to expect

Chiropractic patients: The doctor will review your medical history forms that you have completed, and discuss your immediate health care needs.   If you are in acute pain the doctor will identify the triggering problems, and provide same day treatment if necessary.

General health / functional medicine patients:    For those patients with more general health needs, the doctor will discuss the ideal functional medicine testing to ascertain causative factors.  The consultation may also include physical examination methods to evaluate multiple system imbalances.

1)     If you have recent blood tests or other medical examination results, please bring written copies to your first visit.  You can also email them to our office.

2)   Please bring your initial new patient forms to the office already completed.   This will optimize the amount of time with the doctor as we allow 1 hour.
