Well Being for Life Club

A large percentage of our patients elect to come in for monthly preventive or maintenance treatments to enhance their wellness and reduce the odds of experiencing flare-ups. 

The patient can choose any one of the following monthly services: 
chiropractic adjustment, PEMF treatments.
      (Additional services can be utilized but will not be within the discounted amount)

To join the Well Being for Life Club the patient prepays for 10 services.  A discount savings of 10% will be applied at that time.
